Refund and Cancellation Policy
Advisor Tech Hub is provided as an annual subscription package for business automation. The subscription provides access to the platform during the active subscription period, subject to the Terms of Service.
Trial First
Users may receive limited trial access before subscription. The trial is provided so users can test whether the platform suits their workflow before purchasing the annual package.
Annual Subscription
Once an annual subscription is activated, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a duplicate payment or payment gateway error is confirmed.
Purchase of an annual package gives software access for the selected package period and does not guarantee GST credit, GST filing acceptance, bank reconciliation match, report acceptance by an auditor, uninterrupted third-party API availability, or suitability for every user's internal process.
Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a user is charged twice for the same annual subscription or a payment is debited but not reflected in the platform, the user should contact us with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or adjusted against subscription access.
Cancellation
Users may stop using the platform at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal where automatic renewal is applicable, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current active annual period.
No Refund for User-Side Configuration Issues
Refunds are not normally provided for issues caused by incorrect folder IDs, incorrect Google Sheet IDs, wrong GST details, lack of Google Drive permission, user-side internet issues, unsupported file formats, or failure to review generated outputs.
Refunds are also not normally provided where the user has used the trial or active subscription and later chooses not to continue, changes business process, changes Google account, enters incorrect data, misses statutory deadlines, or expects accounting/tax advice outside the software scope.
Support and Appointment Policy
Technical support is provided by prior appointment. WhatsApp or email support is limited to text-based guidance. Remote sessions are provided only for software guidance and do not convert the service into accounting, tax, audit, filing, or compliance advisory.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another legally permissible method. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.
